At Milton, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for an exchange or return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all fragile components are protected, and include the provided return packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
